Not bad for a free application.  Sure the ads can get annoying, but for a casual user, not to bad.  If you find you really like this application and want more features and no ads they have a premium version for 39.99.

To get these icons you will have to do just a bit of work. 

1. copy the below images ( they show up as just black dots/squares on pc, but when view on BlackBerry you will see them.)

          

2. Paste into a email and send it your your phone.

3. Open email and they will still be dots or black squares

4.  Copy and paste into messenger and they will all show up.

5.  Find which one you want, select and copy.

6.  Go to options and then autotxt.

7.  Paste icon and create a shortcut.

8.  Repeat for each icon you want to save.

  I will admit it’s very time consuming if you want to keep a lot of the icons.  I do not know why RIM doesn’t make some sort of interface for accessing these icons.  But for now it’s what we have to work with.

Some of the new features include:

  It is pretty simple.  You will need to have Bolt browser ( http://boltbrowser.com/home.html )or Opera Mini version 5 or above ( http://www.opera.com/mini/next/ ).

If you can not get Social Scope ( The best in my opinion ) and do not want to try leaked RIM application ( see previous post), then Ubertwitter is for you. 

Here is a list of changes:
